Event is a Go Race MTB - No Ranking Points
Entry is Free
Sign on from 0930 All riders to pre-ride their course before the event.
U10s 10 minutes at 1040
U12s 15 Minutes at 1055
Dads/Mums relay at 1130 Each to ride 1 lap of Christmas Trees.
U14 30 Minutes starting at 1210
U16 45 Minutes starting at 1155
Juniors/Seniors/Women/Veterans 60 minutes starting at 1140

Normal Parking Fees must be paid. We regret that there is no longer a concession for Race Competitors.
The series will be run as simply as possible, but there are a few rules needed
to help create a good environment for all to enjoy the racing.
1. Racing on dates shown.
2. Racing starts at 10.40am.
3. Get there early and sign on, practice opens at 9.45am or earlier if
the course is ready.
4. Entry on the line only, entry closes 15 mins before start of event.
5. The senior races finish at about 12.15pm, everyone finishes on the same
lap as the winner (stop at flag).
6. There is a maximum field of 100 riders. So please arrive as early as
possible and give yourself time to pre-ride the course.
7. We will have qualified first-aiders on site, though we hope you won’t
need them.
8. You don't need a race license or be affiliated to any club or governing
body.
9. The organisers will try to get provisional results out as soon as possible.
We will post results on the club notice board and the
website so riders
can see what happened in the previous race.

Helpers
I need helpers for each of these dates. Last year I had to rely on a small band of loyal people.
This year I would like more people to do a little so if you can help in 1 or more of these dates it would make my life easier.
If there are not sufficient volunteers then the events will have to be cancelled.
I need 2 people to help with marking the course, two for Registration, 3 for Lap Scoring, 3 Marshalls and 2 First Aiders.
