Can somebody tell me if this Saturday's club ride is suitable for a couple of novice 40 somethings who should know better?

Would it also be possible to hire 2 bikes that would fit 6 footers? And should we do that from the club or arrange through Quench?

Thanks
Andy

Hi Andy,

Can you come back next Saturday? The trouble is that this Sat there is racing so there will be no club ride :| , but you are very welcome to come and see whats going on up at the race track, and possibly help? I know its sort of being thrown in at the deep end, but you will get to know the core club members alot quicker that way!

When it comes to the club ride for bikes you need to arrange this through Quench, and they will sort you out, don't think there should be a problem with you being tall :) When you say novice, have you ridden a bike lately at all or do you want to get back into it again? Look forward to seeing you two and having a chat.

Hi Andy,

I stand corrected, looks like there is going to be a club ride this Saturday after all according to the front page!

Excellent. I've booked bikes with Quench and we're ready to go!
